Meadow Creek Smokers are a thing a beauty. With several sizes to choose from you can't go wrong with one of these. Using an offset firebox allows for very effective indirect heat for cooking. The TS models use reverse flow to ensure even temperature and smoke flavor throughout the entire tank. All TS smokers are built with 1/4" steel fireboxes. Heavy duty charcoal racks and slide out ash pans are also standard on these units. All trailer smokers come with a standard light package for safety on the road.
